Long Description:
This workshop is especially designed for kids and teens to learn how to puppeteer moving-mouth style puppets. Stacey Gordon has made & performed puppets for Mayfair Games, Etsy, The Phoenix Coyotes, and Barenaked Ladies (the band). Stacey has the honor of performing Julia on Sesame Street, and now she’s ready to teach and perform with you! Skills required: cutting paper with scissors, coloring, using tape and glue, holding your arm up for extended periods of time, isolating thumb movements (moving thumb separately from fingers)
