An exiled human princess and a mountain troll have declared their intention to wed and to annex his strategically important mountain home as an independent principality. Since these heights dominate the natural invasion route between Prussian and Austria, and since war between these countries appears all but certain, the powers-that-be need to determine how they will respond to this declaration. Representatives from many factions, Human and Faerie, Dwarf and Dragon, Mundane and Magickal, have gathered in Geneva to discuss this development.
