Star City 1913 - Crime is no stranger to the city, but when a shipping tycoon, a wealthy heiress and the Commissioner of Police are all murdered, people notice. When all three were killed by jade arrows, Mayor Oliver Queen calls for detectives from around the world arrive to solve the crimes and catch the killer. Dr. Thomas Wayne, reporters Clark Kent and Lois Lane join Pinkerton Agent Johnny Jones and others try to solve the case before the killer strikes again. A DC Elseworlds type of story.
