In New Dunhaven, the Dusk City, we see two cities intermingling. The life of your average citizen is simple, working on their craft or pushing papers for a bigger business. The nobility mingle with each other and use their wealth to throw their weight around the city. But the other city, the one not everyone sees, is the city of criminals. Thieves, con artists, leg breakers and more all wander the city, working their craft to make themselves rich. In general, the gangs in the city keep to themselves, but sometimes big jobs come up. These jobs require groups from across the city to come together and work as a team.
