Sheriff Torstan had told the Lord that the unlit lighthouse was a problem, but his pleas had fallen on deaf ears. So, three days ago, a ship crashed on pelican rock, and when no one swam into shore, the village assumed all hands were lost. The Sherriff has decided to send out some of the strongest rowers, you, in a long boat to see about the wreck and report back.
