Long Description:
During this event, you will learn how to cross stitch, including what supplies are necessary for cross stitch, how to start, complete, and finish stitches, what to do with your completed works, and good resources for gaming/nerd culture themed cross stitch patterns. All experience levels are welcome at this event! The pattern, wooden base, necklace/keychain, thread, and needles will be provided. PLEASE BRING A PENCIL AND SCISSORS. I will have a limited number of scissors available. As a note - Cross stitch takes some time to complete, so you might not finish during the 2 hour time slot if you are a beginner. You should be able to complete the project at home on your own time, as after learning how to make a basic stitch, you will be able to complete all stitches in the pattern.
