Welcome to the Gen Con 2019 Open Tournament! 4Ex cards will not be allowed. For the sake of convenience, Full-Art, Full-Color proxies will be allowed for NON-EXCLUSIVE CARDS only. You can not proxy a Medusan Lord item, Cohort, Ghoul, etc., You need to actually have the real, physical card. The text for the most current printing/errata of a card will be be honored regardless of card edition. We will play the applicable number of Swiss rounds, depending on the number of players, each match being best 2 out of 3.
