This immersive session puts participants in stakeholder roles—superintendent, teacher, parent, etc.—as they respond to dynamic challenges in school leadership. You’ll negotiate, reflect, and explore systems thinking through play. Great for educators, facilitators, consultants, or anyone passionate about collaborative strategy. The Game of Education uses game theory, hidden agendas, and real-world dilemmas to simulate how educational decisions are made—and disrupted—in the field. No prior experience needed; just curiosity and a willingness to think and play.
