Darkleaf Gambit introduces six, asymmetric clans to a standard chessboard along with a variety of unique components, including dice, fate chips, and dual-layer clan boards. No chess experience is required to play! Designed to reignite the magic of the chessboard, game mechanics are original yet easy to learn, and turns are fast-paced in this 2-player game. Luck and strategy are woven into every action as you move units around the board to achieve your clan’s distinct victory condition, which may involve capturing a king, pushing the queen off the board, transforming rival pawns, or seizing a clan’s sacred territories.
