Details

Timing:
Thu 5:00 PM - Thu 6:00 PM
Location:
Union Station / Grand Hall
Long Description:
This show, by comedian Sara Caplan (Chill Touch, Upright Citizens Brigade, Stream of Blood, Maidens of the Spear), is part philosophy seminar, part memoir, and (if there’s time) part Q&A. So if you have any questions about gender or philosophy or if there's ever been anything you wanted to ask a trans woman, here is your chance! She can't promise she'll know the answer, but she can promise to try! If you are considering bringing your teenage kids, be aware that the show does involve honest and frank discussion about sex, genitals, and other such subjects, and that audience is allowed to ask whatever they questions they want. That said, it’s not a sexually explicit or gratuitous show by any means, and is specifically focused on education.
