15 years ago, The Shadow (The Shadow? The Shadow! The Shadow...) ripped the Gamers from our reality and dumped them into the fantasy world of the game, where they've had to survive for a decade and a half with no magic, no healing, no ranks in seduction—and no sign of The Shadow.
Now, with a daughter eager to strike out on adventures of her own, Lodge and Joanna must navigate the balance of protecting their child and letting her grow up. Oh, and it has Gary and Leo and Cass, too. And, of course, The Shadow and the diabolical revenge he's been planning for at least the last 15 years.
