Long Description:
To the east of the grand City of Darkenhaven, across the mighty Mystrune River, lies the dark and fearful Mournwood — full of ruins and magical corruption. An emerging settlement once stood in these woods but was destroyed by an arcane calamity over 1000 years ago. Your patrons have great need of an item known as the Bloodcrystal but are unable to obtain it themselves. Will you venture as their champions into this cursed locality to help restore the honor of their family? But beware. All is not as it seems, and dark powers seek the artifact as well. This is a 1-shot adventure for characters level 2-4 It is a prequel to the Gooey Cube module titled “Blood for the Khan.”
