Long Description:
A team of agents has been invited to further investigate the sunken ruins of a fallen sky city. Evidence uncovered on a previous expedition revealed a dark secret which destabilized Pholskar’s political balance. The Starfinders must navigate this political turmoil to conduct their underwater excavation. This scenario builds off the events of SFS 4-09: Through Sea and Storm.

This adventure is a high-level adventure; no pregenerated characters are available. Experienced players must bring a valid 9th-12th level character.
