Long Description:
Keshanar City is one of the cleanest and safest cities on Orthane, largely due to its use of Duskers (animated skeletons) to clean the streets and help guard against external threats. The Duskers are provided by the Temple Of Osiris along with other necromantic treats like reanimated flesh and bone prosthetics from reconditioned cadaver limbs (far more accessible than high-level regeneration magic). Chella invites the party to an audience in the Temple of Osiris. The Reth wars abroad usually provide enough stock but there is a huge discrepancy between the ship manifests returning from the front lines and what has been delivered to the temple. Chella wants the party to find the missing inventory. She is sure that the goods arrived in Portside but only about half were delivered to the Temple and the city is running low on resurrected flesh for prostheses and skeletons for Duskers.
