A member of the Strands of Fate has been found murdered in Tennokiba, with all suspicion falling upon a member of the Recoiling Serpents. This has shaken the already lost affiliation of the Lotus Coalition. The Strands want to kick out the Serpents, and the Serpents are ready to go to war over the accusation. Your team of ninjas is sent to root out what truly happened and bring the murderer to justice before the Council as quickly and covertly as possible.
