Calvin Cyrus, a community leader of the CCC (Concerned Citizens Committee) has called you and your crew to help bring order and safety back to the streets of Whitecliff. Gangs threaten the community garden while the predatory real-estate practices of a tenement owner push people out onto the streets!
As local authorities have withheld their aid, too wrapped up in bureaucratic yellow tape for any actionable recourse. A group of bike-mounted locals who call themselves 'The Errants', have taken it upon themselves to fight and protect neighborhood locals. Even going so far as to separate their community from the status quo altogether!
