New York City is filthy. But it's not the sewer rats that Working Group: ARMSTRONG is concerned with. There's a different kind of filth stalking the arteries of Manhattan. The subway tunnels that line the underground of the island like veins inside a body are infected with a virus of a different strain. The Cities homeless are turning up dead on the tracks at a rate which cannot be contained by the Coalition’s media contacts for much longer. Project FIRSTLIGHT has convened you all : Mercenaries, Federal Agents, and members of the Clergy - to assist in the apprehension of a known Terrorist element that's potentially operating in Manhattan.
