Depending on the party’s choices, they may be drawn directly into the arena—fighting before roaring crowds—or pulled into the shadows of the undercity, where deals, betrayals, and secret struggles unfold alongside the public spectacle. As champions rise and fall, the influence of the artifact becomes clear.
By the festival’s end, the fate of the arena, the champion, and the city itself hangs in the balance. The party’s actions will determine who claims victory—and whether the seat of the Magistrates stands, falls, or changes hands entirely.
