Your agency has been contacted by a mysterious figure with a request. Meet him at the lighthouse on the edge of town, ensuring no one follows you. There he promises to provide you with the details of his request and all the information you should need in order to ferret out the rodents that are infecting this city with their latest concoction. You will work with other investigators to uncover their whereabouts, disrupt their operations, and do all you can to return home without becoming another corpse floating in the river.
