This is an open-world, player-driven horror scenario set firmly in the late 1920s: an era of medical cruelty, institutional power, and unchecked experimentation. The asylum is fully explorable. Clues exist in many places. There is no single correct path only consequences. Time moves forward whether you are ready or not.
You may plan carefully.
You may act rashly.
You may save her.
You may unleash something far worse.
This is not about heroism.
It is about loyalty, desperation, and how far you will go when the system itself is the monster.
