Long Description:
Batman founded the Outsiders when the Justice League became too restricted by rules, regulations, and public relations to focus on Justice. Players will assume the roles of Geoforce, Katana, Halo, and Black Lightning. Always an extra character for any player with a dream (in this case, Looker). Play the game and take the adventure home. Players will be offered free electronic copies of the character sheets and game notes.
