Their smooth-talking loan sharks drive business owners into financial ruin, and sooner or later they all turn up dead. But being a private detective in this town, you know well that what may seem like a run-of-the-mill racketeering operation must hide a much more arcane and insidious plot.
Who in the shadows is benefitting from the people of Miller's Square racking up all this debt? What kind of a dark deal did the Falzoni sign and what are nefarious powers are they getting in return?
