Our team of 2 attorneys will explain recent developments in how intellectual property law is adjusting to changing technology and times, specifically as it pertains to the hobby games industry. One detail topic will discuss how to understand and use End User License Agreements, Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, and the like in the software (app) context. Another detail topic will be Artificial Intelligence - the benefits and pitfalls of using this developing technology to assist in the design process. Other forms of automation, e.g., augmented reality will also be discussed.
