Did you know that we do line dances in the ballroom, too! Some are solo versions of partner dances, and others are traditional line dances we just decided were fun! Come learn a few!

Long Description:
Note that this class is available in several sessions, each of which focuses on a different dance. This session will be covering the Shim Sham: a solo jazz line dance. The Shim Sham is a staple first line dance for swing dancers, with regional variations danced in almost every swing dance/lindy hop community around the world. We’ll be teaching a beginner version of the routine, while showing a few variations for anyone who wants to try a little bit more. Though this workshop is beginner-friendly, it may be helpful to take one of our other classes first, like swing or west coast.
