The ERC is a government program for companies that stayed open during the Covid shutdown (Q2 2020 through Q3 2021) and had non-family members on payroll (W-2s); you may be eligible for up to $26,000 per non-family W-2 employee. Witten Financial has filed over 100 ERCs, including several from all the game industry tiers (distributor, manufacturer, retailer).
