This discussion will examine the psychology of superhero stories and how these modern mythologies can help children (and adults) with cognitive and emotional development. The lecture will explore the developmental technologies of story and play and together we will discover the positive lessons that can be learned from the challenges these fictional characters overcome. Updated for 2025 with new research.
