Thu 10:00 AM - Thu 2:00 PM
Location:
JW
/ White River Ballroom G--H
/ HQ
Long Description:
You will represent stakeholder groups like farmers, small business owners, financiers, industrialists, and socialists and write legislation aimed at fixing the economy and rebuilding the United States. In addition, some people will play as the Roosevelt government itself. Compromise and negotiate to pass legislation that addresses your team's interest. Decide the fate of the United States and see if (and how!) the country emerges from the Great Depression.
While creativity is encouraged, this is a simulation relatively grounded in historical fact (as opposed to wacky shenanigans).
