It is a time of upheaval! To appease the riotous rebellion, your city-state has agreed to draft a new constitution. Play as the pious Clergy, powerful Nobles, shrewd Merchants, or fiery Rebels as you wheel and deal to shape the law to your liking.
Accrue Influence, outbid your opponents, and dominate your Council!
